Terms of service

TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 16TH AUGUST 2026
All contests on this website are structured as skill-based prize competitions, not games of chance, ensuring compliance with Section 14 of the UK Gambling Act 2005. By requiring skill, knowledge, or judgment, these competitions are legally exempt from lottery licensing requirements.

Fair and Free Entry Alternative.
Every competition on our platform includes a free entry option as detailed in our Terms and Conditions. This free alternative runs alongside our paid entry method. We treat all free entries identically to paid entries, placing them into the exact same selection pool with the same odds of winning the same prizes. We promote the free entry option with equal prominence to the paid route. The Promoter never differentiates between free and paid entries when drawing or allocating prizes. This free entry route fully satisfies the legal requirements outlined in Schedule 2 of the UK Gambling Act 2005.

Entry Fees are Not Wagers: No portion of any entry fee represents a payment for the
chance to win, nor does it buy an advantage in the prize allocation process. Entry fees are strictly charges for participating in the skill-based competition itself. Participants using the free entry route outlined in Clause 16 pay absolutely nothing to enter, and their entries receive identical treatment to paid entries. No virtual currency or in-platform token (defined in Clause 8.6) will ever be treated as a financial stake, bet, or wager.
